This page contains all the information you will need to get ready for camp.
Required Health Physical Form
Download the Required Health Physical Form and have it filled out by your child’s doctor. You will need to turn the form in when you drop your child off at camp.
If your child has a food allergy and requires food accommodations, make sure you mark that section on the heath portion of the registration form. Your physician will also need to fill that information out on the Required Health Physical Form. Camp Agape will only provide food alternatives if required by a physician and notified two weeks before camp.
Our parent packets contain information about drop off and pick up, what to expect during the week of camp, a suggested packing list, tips to help your child have a successful week at camp, and more.
Please review the packing list even if you are a returning camper.

Scholarship & Donation Fundraising Ideas
Camp Agape is a non-profit summer camp, a mission of the Presbytery of South Louisiana. We do not provide scholarships through the camp, but you may be able to host a fundraiser for scholarships with your church.
Churches and congregations, if you need to help your camper families pay for the camp fees, but you need some fundraising ideas? We have put together a list of fundraisers some of our Camp Agape churches have used over the years to raise money for camp.
If you or your church do not have campers, but you would like to support Camp Agape, donations are greatly appreciated to help us continue this ministry.
